
Cheating allows me to
get a little needed mental break. (And sometimes it's just hard to make food for every meal. It's nice to have a cooking & taste bud break.)
I've cut out: cow milk, High Fructose Corn Syrup (I might have it on a cheat day because I usually eat out then.), processed foods (pretty much 98% of my food is not processed.)
The Jillian workout is tough. It's getting easier right now. I'm thinking that after the next 90 days of 'body revolution,' I might do something like... insanity, etc. Who knows.
I needed a break yesterday. I needed the rest & my body was refusing to do anything yesterday. I'm glad I let it rest.
I'm ready to crank it out now. BRING IT ON! LET'S GET SOME WORK DONE.

THIS morning's breakfast was:
I had quinoa for breakfast. 1/4 cup of toasted quinoa mixed with 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, a little (1/4 tsp of honey & some berries mixed in.) Probably 150 calories. I'm hungry and I've been craving ice water. I'll have that & see if I'm still hungry. I'll just have a bigger lunch to tie me over for the day.
