Day 32 - sigh. Don't give up on weight loss before it's time.

Weight: 230
I'm exhausted today, not smooth/enough sleep the last few nights. I only slept 3.5 hours last night.
I couldn't drag my ass out this morning to work out. Katie gave me the third degree. Though I appreciated it, I feel like I'm at the beginning of my decline. I'll resist. I see where this could head, but I'm going to refuse that path. Let's see what happens when I do everything I'm supposed to.
Tomorrow is another day. A great day to start on the right foot. (no offense left footed folks.)
