I was so hungry last night, but avoided my nightly eating ritual which has gotten me where I am now. (Katie goes to bed, I'd play a video game or be on Facebook -- & after a bit, I'd feel hungry & then eat whatever left overs there were. ALSO, I caught myself NOT eating the kids leftovers. I hate food going to waste, so I'd eat the tasty scraps left on my kids plates.)
---
This is workout is part of a whole transformation for me. I know the
benefits of waking up early, so I'm getting up @ 4am now. My wife does it, so can i. My aunt & uncle woke up @ 4am for many years & though we laughed that they went to bed @9pm --- it's all making sense to me now. There's something nice about the wee hours of the morning --- (Perhaps it's that I can have coffee & watch the sun slowly light the sky.--- it's calm.)
So by "By 5:45, I worked out for 35 minutes & had a healthy breakfast... Time to do some work & maybe do some yoga before the kids wake up. I need a good stretch."
Food: 2 eggs, 2 slices of nitrate free bacon, a plum tomato, & 1/4 avacado. --- 1/2 cup of coffee. That's my breakfast.
Weigh in: 147 (this morning@415 with only running shorts on.)
I'm going to leave some bacon & a slice of tomato for a snack in a few hours when I'm starving. Jillian has 4 meals a day & I'm going to need some more than that. So I'll divvy up the meals a little so i'm not so ravenous.
Time to go stretch. Kids will be up soon. (While writing this, Clara has woken up, & fell asleep in my bed--- Katie has called, & I've let the dog outside/back in. --- TRUE silence is golden.)
147? you lost a lot in a couple days :)
