
It's now 11pm & I need to be up in 5 hours to work out. Not cool. I'll need a nap tomorrow. I'm hungry & thirsty (just drank a ton of water --- which will also help me wake up in the AM.)
I did what I wanted to with work today, which is great.
I'll be cranky tomorrow if I don't get coffee.
I did cardio tonight for 30 & will do it again in 5 hours, then again
tomorrow night (or afternoon.) for 30 each. It's exhausting. I wonder how many I can do in a day w/out killin' myself. BOOJA!

I should be asleep. Rest is just as important as working out.
Food: a ton of salad & fish. Tilapia for dinner & tuna for lunch. (both on salad.) Also, a cup of greek yogurt with walnuts for a snack. Fage is so much smoother than oikos. (blech!) It's not as sour.
