Day 18 - Weight loss back in effect - weight loss inspiration -

Weight: 232

Awesome muffins -
just don't burn them like i did.
So my plateau is back in a downward slope...for now. I added 3 lb. ankle weights that I wear randomly during the day. I've done it for 2 days. (2 hours the first day, 3 hours yesterday.) A few days ago I ran for 30 minutes in addition to my workout. I might try that again today.

I admit, getting up @ 4:15 is tiring. I hit my slump about now.

I'm keeping myself motivated, too. I'm reading random stories on weight loss and doing random things to submerge myself in 'the culture.'

Want more motivation? take out the pants that are too small & be excited to fit in them again. (10 years ago I fit in size 34 waist. I'm now a comfortable 37... though they only come in 36 & 38.)

--- My daughter just woke up & said she missed me, so I'm going to spend some time with her... more later. :-D
