Day 17 - Weight loss

Weight: 234

I was surprised this morning when I weighed myself. It was like I finally got over that 235 plateau. So why did I suddenly lose a pound after I haven't been able to drop below 235?

Yesterday, I was reading how I needed to up my resistance, I wasn't sure what to do since I had already worked out, so I put on resistance weights. I added 8 lbs to my legs and walked around with those throughout the day. The workout routine has also gotten harder. (Every 3rd week the routine gets much harder. Week 1-new workout, body hurts, week 2, get used to the workout, body starts adapting. Week 3-new workout.)

Oh, I couldn't fall asleep last night. I was so exhausted on my way home from work... but once I got home & sat down, I was up... I should have just went to bed last night & not stayed up until 12:00. When the alarm went off this morning to work out @ 4:15, I couldn't budge. Katie and I both agreed to workout 'later' in the day --- I'm pretty pumped to workout later since I got over that mental threshhold.
