
I also had an extra snack today... while making food for tomorrow I sampled a little... About 150 calories of a sample. My workouts burn about 230 to 250 calories, according to fitness.com. So I worked out again and hopefully I burn it all off.
I wanted to run again like I did the other day but due to the recent shin splints and twisted ankle, I did not want to get hurt again... so I worked shoulders back and bootious maximus.
Also, i have been going off what Katie has been eating for my calorie count since we pretty much have the same thing. today I started counting my own with the loseit app.
I think I will feel this workout tomorrow.
