Day 26 - Losing weight and enjoying it

Weight: 231.

It's a great day today. I'm back to what I was BEFORE I went on 'vacation' on Sunday-Tuesday. I'm starting a work project that I love & I bought my wife flowers. (Had them delivered to her work.)

I'm in a great mood today.

It's not the 'working out' I completely enjoy. It's the end results that make it worth it. I like working out when I realize I can do something that day I wasn't able to do the last time I attempted it. That feeling keeps me going.

Worked out (cardio 30 minutes) this morning and had a good lunch. I'm finally getting used to having fewer calories during the day. I'm not really hungry, which is AWESOME. It's taken about a month for me to not be looking forward to my next meal.

(Even when I've cheated, I've stuck to meal times.)

I've lost a few inches everywhere & was able to put on jeans yesterday that were WAY too tight a month ago.

I'm a 37 waist right now & I'm hoping to get down to a 34 (eventually.)

Even though they're largely related to stress, I think I'll be adding in some extra exercises to remove the "love handles."
